What people ask us most

Do I have to hand over my house keys?
For walks and home visits, yes. They're handed over at the meet-and-greet, every entry is logged with its time, and they come back when the service ends. If that doesn't sit right with you, boarding and day care don't involve keys at all.
What if my dog doesn't take to that person?
You find another one. That's exactly what the free meet-and-greet is for. An animal who isn't comfortable with somebody won't become comfortable through persistence, and pushing it is how you end up with an incident.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service, the city and the sitter, who sets their own rate. The pricing page has indicative ranges for each service by city tier, and you don't have to register to see them.
Can I always book the same person?
It's what we'd recommend and what most people do. An animal who sees the same person every week recognises them, and that continuity is worth more than any feature in the app.
What happens in a veterinary emergency?
You sign an authorisation naming your usual vet and a spending limit. The sitter calls you first, and if they can't reach you they act within what you authorised in writing.
