No. Registering the shelter, publishing animals and receiving requests is free, and we take no commission on adoptions.
Why does the shelter have to be verified?
To protect the animals and the adopters: only shelters an administrator has confirmed appear publicly.
Can I also manage pet-care bookings?
Yes. A shelter account can also find sitters and book like any owner, with the same protections.
What about adopters' contact details?
You only see what you need to manage each request, and communication goes through the app, with the usual anti-fraud filter.
