Why Mascota Segura 360 exists
A pet care marketplace nearly always starts in the same place: somebody with an animal, a trip booked and no decent options.

Millions of dogs and cats live in Spain, and a huge share of their owners handle absences however they can: a relative who offers, a neighbour with a key, a boarding kennel found in a panic the night before a flight. It works until it doesn't.
The real problem isn't a shortage of people willing to look after animals. There are plenty, and they're good. The problem is that there's no simple way to find them, to check they are who they say they are, and to know what happened during the hours you weren't there.
That's what we're building: not another app, but the trust infrastructure that turns a stranger in your neighbourhood into somebody you can leave a key with. We haven't opened yet. When we do, we'll say so with real numbers rather than inflated ones.
Four things we won't trade away
Nothing invented
No reviews, no user counters, and no adoption listings presented as real when they're samples.
The animal comes first
When a product decision helps the business and hurts the animal, it doesn't get made. That's easier to write than to hold to, which is why it's written down.
Prices we don't hide
The ranges are published and you don't have to register to see them. A price that only appears after you hand over your details is a tactic, not a price.
With shelters, not against them
We don't charge to publish animals for adoption or to appear in the directory. That isn't philanthropy: it's what makes the project make sense.
Who's behind this
We're a small team working out of Murcia. We'll publish names and faces here when the platform is open: putting up a grid of portraits before there's a product is exactly the kind of thing this project doesn't want to do.
