Cookie policy

This document is pending legal review and will be completed with the company’s registration details before launch. We are publishing it now because it describes exactly how we handle your data, and we would rather you read it before signing up than after.

1. What a cookie is

A small file that a website stores on your device to remember something between one visit and the next. Some are essential for the site to work; others measure how it is used, and those require your consent.

2. What we use on this site

This marketing site uses technical cookies, which need no permission from you, and one measurement tool — Google Analytics — that runs only if you accept it. There are no advertising pixels and no identifiers shared with social networks.

Technical cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under Article 22.2 of Spain's Law 34/2002, because they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have expressly requested. The two analytics cookies are not exempt, which is why they do not exist until you press "Accept": until you do, your browser never even asks Google for the program, so Google does not see your visit.

They are processed by Google Ireland Limited. The data may end up on servers in the United States, covered by the EU-US adequacy framework. Measurement is configured with no advertising features and no ad signals: it tells us which pages get read, not how to follow you around other websites.

3. Language detection

The first time you arrive, the site reads the Accept-Language header your browser sends, to offer you the language you already have configured. That detection is not applied to search engine crawlers: a robot requesting a specific URL always receives that URL, with no language redirects.

4. How to change your mind

The first time you arrive, a notice appears with two buttons of the same size, "Accept" and "Refuse". Nothing is measured before you choose, and refusing takes away no feature of the site.

Your answer is stored for six months. To change it sooner, press "Cookie preferences" in the footer of any page and the notice comes back. If you go from accepting to refusing, the _ga cookies are deleted there and then.

5. How to manage them

You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking the language cookie breaks nothing: the site will simply propose a language again on each visit.
