Why trust this

Checked identities

Every sitter's ID is verified against the person opening the account before they can accept a single booking.

Reviews from real bookings

Only someone who booked and completed a service can leave a review. No exceptions, and we don't edit them.

Help close to home

Sitters from your own neighbourhood, not from the other side of the city.

How it works

Three steps and that's it

No phone calls, no endless message threads, and no leaving your dog with someone you've never met.

  1. A woman holding a puppy in her arms outdoors

    1.Search your area

Tell us where you live and what you need. We show you the sitters available nearby, with their real rates and their real availability.

  2. A sitter sitting beside a dog, looking out at the view

2.Meet whoever will look after them

Read the profile, look at the reviews and meet in person before you book anything. That first meeting is free.

  3. A dog walking on the lead along an autumn path

    3.Book, and follow the care

Pay through the app and get photos in the care diary while the service runs. If something goes wrong, there is someone to call.

The idea

Rather more than a walk

Leaving your dog with somebody is an enormous act of trust. We know because we've been on the other end of it too — at work, wondering whether they've been out, whether they've eaten, whether they're all right.

So Mascota Segura 360 isn't a noticeboard. We verify every sitter, we let you meet before you book, and we make the walk something you can follow from your phone. None of that is clever: it's simply the least we'd want ourselves.

    NukaMadrid

Calm with people, a little unsure around loud noises. Looking for an unhurried home.

  • A rescue dog being stroked by two volunteers

    FerroBarcelona

Two years in the shelter. Walks well on the lead and gets on with other dogs.

    BrumaValencia

Sociable once she trusts you. Better in a quiet flat, with or without another cat.

  • A dog in a red bandana looking at the camera

    TinoSeville

Older and low-energy. Ideal for someone who wants company and short walks.

  • Close-up of a shelter dog behind a fence

    SiraMálaga

Very young and full of energy. Needs an active family and some basic training.

  • A family sitting on the grass with two adopted dogs

    AlbaZaragoza

Good with children. Struggles when left alone for long stretches.

Safety

What we do so that nothing happens

How do you verify sitters?
We check an official identity document and validate the phone number and email address. Without that step, a profile cannot accept bookings.
What if my dog falls ill during a service?
The sitter has your vet's contact details from the moment you book, and an obligation to tell you immediately. The app keeps a full record of what happened.
Are the reviews real?
Only somebody who booked and completed a service can leave one. We don't accept reviews from anyone else and we don't edit them.
What data do you keep about me?
The minimum the service needs. You can download it or delete your whole account from the settings, without writing to us.
And if I want to cancel?
You can cancel from the app. The terms depend on how much notice you give and they're written out before you confirm payment, not after.

What they'll say

Stories that don't exist yet

Sample content. We haven't launched yet, so there are no real reviews to show you. These cards are here to show how they'll look once there are.

I work twelve-hour days and hated leaving him alone all afternoon. Now he goes out at six and the photo from the park lands before I even leave the office.
Portrait of a platform user
Lucía M.Madrid · Dog walking
We went away for ten days and it was the first time we had left her with anyone. We met at his place first and saw where she would sleep — that changed everything.

Javier R.Barcelona · Pet boarding
My cat cannot bear catteries. Someone coming to the flat, changing her litter and staying with her a while is exactly what she needed.
Portrait of a platform user
Marta S.Valencia · Cat sitting
What I value most is the summary afterwards. I know whether he ate, how far he walked and whether anything seemed off. I never have to ask.

Andrés P.Seville · Home pet sitting
He is a foster dog and still has his moments. I said so from the start and it was never an issue — they would rather know.
